Individual health care service plan developed for each resident with input from the physcian and family. Medication administration. Coordinate with outside providers including rehab therapists and hospice personnel.

Three delicious home-cooked meals daily (plus snacks). Special and therapeutic diets accomodated. Family and other guests are welcome.
